For our clients who wish to send us large format files, you may send them via mail on disk or you may use our ftp site to upload them.
To send files via ftp, use your ftp client (like fire ftp for mozilla) with the following specs:
Connect to ftp.dahlensign.com
Username: dahlenclient
Password: 4712>ADS
(the login and password is case-sensitive).
You will be connected to the Dahlen Sign ftp folder for uploading.
After uploading your file, please send an email to your Dahlen Sign representative, or to info@dahlensign.com , so we can retrieve your file and confirm it is complete and without transfer errors.
